Damilola is a storyteller, leader, and business professional focused on youth development, leadership, and stories that move people to act.
He holds a Higher National Diploma in Business Administration from Yaba College of Technology, where he graduated with Distinction and finished as the Best Graduating Student in the Department of Business Administration, Class of 2023. While there, he served as Editor in Chief of the Class of 2023 Yearbook.
In 2024, he was selected for the Venture in Management Program (ViMP) at Lagos Business School, a competitive programme for high‑performing young professionals across Africa. He completed the programme as the Most Outstanding Participant.
Damilola currently works as a Sales and Education Programmes Coordinator at Canon Central and North Africa (CCNA). He leads education‑focused initiatives and marketing campaigns across several African markets and has received two Canon Future Star Awards for his work.
He also writes the “Zoom Out” newsletter on LinkedIn, where he reflects on career growth, leadership, and youth empowerment from a Gen Z point of view. His work is driven by a simple question: “What next, what new?”
