Taofeek Olajide Babarinde is my name. I graduated at the top of my class with a first-class in Agricultural Economics from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology Ogbomoso, Nigeria. I am passionate about career and youth development, agribusiness management and global food transformation. At various levels and platforms, I have shared my expertise and values with young minds towards building a society of capacity changemakers. With regard to my profession, I work as a researcher, analysing data, thereby making substantial policy recommendation. I also work as a professional consultant, providing business advice to farmers. My years of experience in Agribusiness management research has drawn attention of many young professionals to me, with over four peer-reviewed publications. Due to my passion to see a better world, I carried out several capacity building projects and initiatives, one of which was a campus-wide symposium in 2023 where over 500 collegiates were trained ready for future of work. I have volunteered at various occasions as a digital whiz with top brands and communities - Ennovate lab, Smart Gate Technology and Consulting; City transformation - Ogbomoso Digital Economy Summit, ensuring the coming together of over 1,500 business and industry leaders for economic transformation; and a volunteer trainer, training about 200 young people on digital skills. Also recognized as a climate champion (in collaboration with regional centre of expertise, Ogun, covenant university) during the local climate of youth, Nigeria, and Climate of Party'26. I am a scholar, a pioneer winner of the Peter Kofo Aarinola Award, and a four time beneficiary of the Abel Ogundokun Odeleye Foundation.
