Bolarinwa Oyinkansola Olanike

I have held key leadership roles, including Chair of the NICESA Auditing Committee, where I led financial audits to ensure transparency and compliance, and General Secretary of Nigerian Institution of Civil Engineering Students Association (NICESA) - FUTA Chapter, managing records and internal communications. As a Course Representative (2019–2024), I was the link between students and faculty, addressing academic concerns. I also contributed to constitutional reforms as part of the NICESA-FUTA Chapter Constitution Review Committee. These roles have strengthened my communication, organisation, and collaborative leadership skills.
