Ejiro Ayara

I am Ejiro Winifred Ayara, a passionate lawyer and finance professional with a deep commitment to academic excellence and youth empowerment. I graduated with a First Class Honours from Joseph Ayo Babalola University and as the Best Graduating Student of 80 students. I repeated this feat at the Nigerian Law School, ranking in the top 1% of over 5,800 candidates. Currently, I work as an Associate at Olaniwun Ajayi LP, where I advise on major cross-border transactions across corporate finance, corporate governance and competition law. Beyond work, I enjoy mentoring aspiring lawyers and fostering academic growth through my roles on the Governing Council of The Exceptional Law Students’ Quarters Africa and as a mentor in the Nigerian Law School Mind Check Program.
