During my academic years, I served in various key leadership roles where I made significant contributions to both spiritual and academic growth within my community. I held the positions of Vice President and Sisters’ Coordinator in my fellowship for two years, where I led programs focused on mentorship, personal development, spiritual growth, and relationship building. I was instrumental in fostering unity and creating a supportive environment for the sisters in the fellowship through well-structured spiritual, social, and empowerment programs. In 2022, during my 300-level, I was appointed Academic Coordinator, where I organized regular tutorial sessions and coordinated an Academic Excellence Conference. These initiatives helped many students improve academically, promoted better study habits, and encouraged excellence in their academic pursuits. In my final year, 2024, I served as Assistant Sisters’ Coordinator of the Intra-Campus Joint Christian Fellowship (ICJCF) at FUNAAB. This role allowed me to mentor a broader group of young women across multiple fellowships on campus, coordinate impactful programs that addressed both spiritual and personal development, and promote godly leadership among female students. Additionally, in 2023, I participated in the Oyo State Gubernatorial Election as an Electoral Officer under the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC). In this civic role, I was responsible for coordinating election processes at the polling unit level, ensuring free, fair, and credible elections. This experience helped me strengthen my leadership capacity in terms of integrity, accountability, attention to detail, and conflict resolution in a public service environment. These leadership experiences have helped me develop strong organizational, communication, and mentorship skills, while positively impacting individuals and the community in spiritual, academic, and civic areas.
