With a background in International Law and Diplomacy, Lillian Onofiok is on a mission to show and tell the correct story of Africa by repositioning Africans as Architects of global progress and not beneficiaries alone.
As an Operations & Programs Manager, she has run operational frameworks across IT startups, nonprofits, and developer ecosystems, spanning technology, education, talent development, and community-led initiatives.
Her experience includes stakeholder engagement and building playbooks that allow ideas to outlive their founders. She has led program delivery for organisations such as ATGI, a social re-engineering non-profit and Google via the Google Developer Group Ecosystem.
Lillian does many things for the stubborn belief that we lack neither talent nor ideas in Africa, only well-run systems to show and sustain them. Her work is driven by the conviction that institutions change societies.
