I am Sandra Ogechukwu Ugwu, a First Class Economics graduate of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, with a strong passion for finance, business development, gender equality, and women’s development.
I currently serve as a Territory Sales Manager at CHI Limited, where I drive revenue growth through data-driven sales performance analysis and effective people management. I previously worked as an Executive Assistant to the General Manager, Maintenance and Facility, where I improved operational efficiency through structured supervision, organization, and reconciliation of projects and accounts.
I have teaching experience at Army Day Secondary School, Effurun, Delta State, where I mentored over 60 Social Science students on career development and life after school, strengthening my communication and problem-solving skills.
During my NYSC in Delta State, I volunteered with the Girl Child Education Program and served as Financial Secretary for the 3 Battalion Nigerian Army Corps members, promoting financial transparency and effective budgeting. I aspire to drive meaningful social and financial impact across Africa and beyond.
