Sandra Ogechukwu Ugwu

I am Sandra Ogechukwu Ugwu, a First Class Economics graduate from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. I am passionate about finance, investment, gender equality, and women's development. I have experience teaching at Army Day Secondary School, Effurun, Delta State, Nigeria, where I mentored over 60 Social Science students on career development and life after school. This helped me improve my problem-solving and communication skills. During my National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in Delta State, I served as a member of the Girl Child Education Program, where my team and I trained teenage girls on healthy practices during menstruation and pregnancy. I also served as the Financial Secretary for the 3 Battalion Nigerian Army Corps members, where I improved financial transparency, efficiency, and effective budgeting. I am currently working as an Executive Assistant at Mega Plaza Shopping Mall, where I have honed my interpersonal, administrative, and leadership skills. I aspire to drive social and financial impact and contribute significantly to women's development and the advancement of Africa and the world at large.
