TIAMIYU, Warith Ademola is a final-year Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) student at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria, and a Public Health Sciences Badge Student at Wichita State University, Kansas, USA. He is passionate about One Health, public health advocacy, and youth development, with an exemplary record that blends academic excellence, research, and community impact.

Warith has demonstrated exceptional leadership through various national and international engagements. He currently serves as Country Ambassador for the Global Youth Innovation Council (GYIC), State Ambassador for the Nigerian Public Health Network (NPHN), Oyo state Project Manager for the Project100 scholarships and Core Team Member of You Drive Africa. He has also participated in prestigious global youth development programs, including the Aspire Leaders Program (Harvard University) and the KECTIL Youth Development Program (Malmar Knowles Family Foundation). Additionally, he has earned certifications in Leadership and Teams (Saylor Academy) and Leadership and Management (Oxford Home Study Centre).

Beyond his academic pursuits, Warith is the Founder of the EBA Network, a student-led platform empowering underserved Nigerian university students to Explore, Browse, and Apply for scholarships, fellowships, and leadership opportunities. Through the EBA Network, he has mentored peers, guided applicants through competitive processes, and contributed to numerous student success stories, transforming personal passion into impacting lives with opportunities.

His research and volunteer efforts reflect his dedication to public and animal health, including contributions to projects on zoonotic bovine tuberculosis, rabies awareness, and antimicrobial resistance education. He has also completed the Antimicrobial Stewardship: Improving Clinical Outcomes by Optimization of Antibiotic Practices Course offered by the Stanford University School of Medicine, strengthening his expertise in rational antibiotic use. Recently, he also completed the Advanced TB Research Training Course at the University of Washington.

As an Antimicrobial Resistance Youth Champion with the Alliance Against Antimicrobial Resistance (Triple A), and Associate Project Lead for school-based WASH and rabies education programs, he continues to promote responsible health practices within communities.
