Abass Oguntade

In group projects and research works, I have naturally assumed the role of team leader: setting timelines, assigning tasks based on individual strengths, and ensuring effective communication. These efforts have consistently resulted in timely project completion. I also was a member of a committee elected to organize a Community-Based Experience and Services programme specifically to give back to the immediate community around my university. We successfully managed other undergraduate students and educated over 50 students in the local community's high school while providing many other support to the community. Outside school, during internship, I also was appointed as the leader to oversee the operations of other interns at my place of internship. I specifically ensure the smooth running and execution of tasks within the required timeframe.
