My name is Abdul-roqeeb, and I was raised in a home shaped by both Christian and Muslim values. This dynamic taught me early on how to navigate complexity with empathy and balance. This upbringing, combined with life experiences, has instilled in me a spirit of resilience, discipline, and a strong commitment to excellence. I graduated as the best graduating male and second-best overall student in my department, which I believe is my reward for years of hard work. Beyond academics, I express myself through music. I find peace in the simplicity of singing. I have also dedicated myself to service: as a wellness ambassador during my National Youth Service Corps and through my current volunteering with the Red Cross Community Development Service, supporting people in underserved communities. Currently, I am interning at the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, where I am gaining vital experience that I hope to channel into creating meaningful change. I see leadership as the ability to serve with impact, and I am committed to growing into that kind of leader.
