Chinaecherem Emmanuel Anyanwu

I am a recent graduate of Chemical Engineering from the Federal University of Technology Owerri (FUTO), where I emerged as the best graduating student in both my department and the School of Engineering with a CGPA of 4.88/5.00. Passionate about addressing energy and environmental challenges through research, I have both theoretical and practical experience in sustainable materials development—particularly in waste-to-wealth conversion—process systems engineering, and reaction engineering. Currently, I serve as a research assistant in the Department of Chemical Engineering at FUTO, where I support faculty and students in their research and experiments. Beyond academics, I am deeply committed to youth development and mentoring, a passion I actively pursued during my undergraduate years. I aspire to become a thought leader championing sustainable energy and environmental innovations across Africa while inspiring more young people to become impactful leaders.
