As the Librarian for the department of Materials Science and Engineering, I created an e-library for easy access to relevant materials for students. I also organize tutorials for junior colleagues in first and second years on difficult subjects, with many of them recording success in the exams they have previously dreaded. I also collaborated with lecturers to provide past questions to help students across all levels to aid proper exam preparations. As a volunteer tutor in my fellowship, I taught at least eight courses (MTH 101, 102, 105, 106 and PHY 101, 102, 105, 106) for 100 level students. I also facilitated tutorials for some difficult courses in 300 level courses as well. Every now and then, I come across one or two of the students who have been in my class before and they share how the tutorials helped them ace the course. As the director of content and editorials in Junior Chambers International, Nigeria (Obafemi Awolowo University Chapter), I led a team of writers and editors to compile, edit, and publish the organization's first magazine. I also pioneered a campaign where we celebrated every member of the organization's birthday with personalized messages, making every member feel seen and increasing our membership retention rate.
