She previously earned a First Class degree in Information Technology from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri, where she was recognized as the Best Graduating Student in her department. Passionate about AI, data analytics, leadership, and the financial sector, Esther has actively participated in prestigious programs such as the Venture in Management Programme by Junior Achievement Nigeria at Lagos Business School, the Aspire Leaders Programme by Aspire Institute (founded at Harvard Business School), the Womentechsters Fellowship by Tech4Dev, and the Google Data Analytics course on Coursera. In her role at Enterprise Technology - ASU, she is focused on AI applications, working on developing innovative models and custom LLM solutions that address both academic and industry needs.
