Oreoluwa Grace Aderoju

I currently serve as the Director of Innovation and Resources Management in Junior Chamber International Nigeria, University of Ibadan (JCIN UI), where I help manage and maintain the organisation’s resources, ensuring they are available and functional when needed. I also drive initiatives that enrich the organisation through both human and material capacity, creating systems for skills acquisition and resource generation. Beyond this, I serve on the electoral committee in my department, where I contribute to the planning and oversight of free, fair, and credible elections, ensuring that only capable individuals are elected into leadership positions. I am also a member of the academic committee, through which I take tutorials for junior colleagues. In addition, I mentor two lower-level students, guiding them academically and personally as they navigate their undergraduate journey.
