Fredrick is a first class graduate of Human Physiology from the Delta State University Abraka with a deep love for global health interventions, education, culture, tourism, public speaking and sustainable development goals advocacy. My career trajectory has been diverse and enriching, spanning roles with non-profit organizations. These positions have helped honed his skills in servant leadership, critical thinking and impacting lives. Beyond my professional commitments, I am an active mentor, tutor, classroom teacher and convener of student career and leadership summit held in rural secondary schools. My commitment to value creation and impacting human lives is seen in my extensive volunteering roles with organizations like Junior Achievement Nigeria, Nigerian Red Cross Society, UN Sustainable Solutions Network , LEAP Africa etc. I have always lived with Mother Theresa's philosophy of we can do great things from a small place. It has been my life mission to serve others, my leadership model is servant leadership. While in school, i was the Department Academic head, I was in charge of academic aspects of all Physiology students (Year1-Year4). I organized series of tutorials free of charge, gave out free past questions, hand-outs and relevant materials. During my time Physiology department stood out in the Faculty of Basic Medical Sciences. I organized seminar workshop for the year one students to understand the job opportunities and career paths in Physiology. I was the head of bible study unit of my school fellowship, a member of central executive council of the fellowship, in charge of weekly bible study meetings and sunday school classes. I ensured that the personal bible study life of every fellowship member was intact, did routine follow-ups, evangelism, bible quizes etc. I organized bible study conference bringing in seasoned teachers to help members. i presided over the academics and welfare of members. During my mandatory one year National Youth Service Corp, I was the Medical Aid community development service General Secretary, I also led a team of professionals: Public Health scientist, Nutritionist, Pharmacists, Doctors, Nurses, Radiographers etc to conduct a health initiative for rural dwellers of Ako local government area in Gombe state. This position tested my perseverance, empathy, innovative ability and Strategic thinking. I also served as Presiding Officer in Shamaki Polling unit, Gombe State, North-eastern Nigeria for the Federal and state constituency elections, and it was free and fair, i made sure i held a transparent election. It earned me commendation from the Independent National Electoral Officer in charge of my ward.
