I’m Oyaleke Deborah Oluwapamilerin, a purpose-driven Audit Enthusiast, SDG 4 Advocate, and a strong voice for youth empowerment and education across Africa. My journey into leadership hasn’t been loud it’s been consistent, intentional, and people-centered. I led partnership efforts for Africa’s largest student-led finance conference with 5000+ attendees, I’ve seen how structure and service can spark real impact. Beyond the numbers, I’m also a businesswoman, a career woman, and a community builder; passionate about helping young people discover their gifts, build competence, and show up boldly. “If my leadership doesn’t lift others, then I’m not truly leading.” That’s the principle that guides me. Because for me, leadership isn’t about being the most visible; it’s about being the most valuable.
