Abiodun Damilola
Nigeria
Damilola is a storyteller, leader, and business professional focused on youth development, leadership, and stories that move people to act. He holds a Higher National Diploma in Business Administration from Yaba College of Technology, where he graduated with Distinction and finished as the Best Graduating Student in the Department of Business Administration, Class of 2023. While there, he served as Editor in Chief of the Class of 2023 Yearbook. In 2024, he was selected for the Venture in Management Program (ViMP) at Lagos Business School, a competitive programme for high‑performing young professionals across Africa. He completed the programme as the Most Outstanding Participant. Damilola currently works as a Sales and Education Programmes Coordinator at Canon Central and North Africa (CCNA). He leads education‑focused initiatives and marketing campaigns across several African markets and has received two Canon Future Star Awards for his work. He also writes the “Zoom Out” newsletter on LinkedIn, where he reflects on career growth, leadership, and youth empowerment from a Gen Z point of view. His work is driven by a simple question: “What next, what new?”

Babarinde Taofeek Olajide
Nigeria
I believe the future of food, business, and youth development will be shaped by people who understand systems, and know how to improve them. I’m Taofeek Olajide, a compendium driven by a deep interest in youth empowerment, business strategy, and global food transformation. My work sits at the intersection of data, people, and impact. I’ve trained 500+ young people across capacity-building initiatives, preparing them for the future of work and nurturing a new generation of changemakers. Through my work as a brand strategist, I help personal and corporate brands make data-driven decisions that lead to measurable business optimization. My background in agribusiness management research has resulted in about eight peer-reviewed publications, positioning me as a resource for young professionals seeking clarity in sustainable food systems and enterprise development. Beyond paid work, I give back—volunteered as a digital strategist with organizations such as Ennovate Lab, and contributing to climate action communities where innovation meets responsibility. Recognitions including the Peter Kofo Aarinola Award (Pioneer Recipient), Top 100 Africa Future Leader, MYCP scholarship, and multiple Abel Ogundokun Odeleye Awards affirm one thing for me: impact grows when purpose meets execution.

Onofiok Lillian Okpo

With a background in International Law and Diplomacy, Lillian Onofiok is on a mission to show and tell the correct story of Africa by repositioning Africans as Architects of global progress and not beneficiaries alone. As an Operations & Programs Manager, she has run operational frameworks across IT startups, nonprofits, and developer ecosystems, spanning technology, education, talent development, and community-led initiatives. Her experience includes stakeholder engagement and building playbooks that allow ideas to outlive their founders. She has led program delivery for organisations such as ATGI, a social re-engineering non-profit and Google via the Google Developer Group Ecosystem. Lillian does many things for the stubborn belief that we lack neither talent nor ideas in Africa, only well-run systems to show and sustain them. Her work is driven by the conviction that institutions change societies.

Raheemat Oyiza Muhammad
Nigeria
Raheemat is a Botany graduate of Bayero University Kano, Nigeria, where she graduated as the Overall Best Female Student. She is deeply interested in agriculture, food security, and environmental sustainability, with a strong passion for learning and solving problems that are critical to human life. She has demonstrated leadership through roles such as General Secretary of the NYSC Health and Medical CDS group, where she supported health education initiatives and medical outreaches that reached over 1,000 secondary school girls and more than 1,500 traders. Raheemat is also a volunteer with the Future Hopes Child Aid Foundation, contributing to community-focused outreach and impact-driven initiatives.

I care deeply about what I do. I believe strongly in the saying, “Whatever you do, do it right.” I love learning and enjoy knowing a bit or a lot about a wide range of things. I graduated from the Department of Mathematics at the University of Lagos as the best graduating student in my department. Beyond coding and solving analytical problems, I love to enjoy music. I play the keyboard and have a dream to one day play at an international concert for an international band. And yes, it's going to happen.

I'm a reliable, hardworking, and industrious individual. I was elected president of the National Association of Osun State Students (KSUSTA) during my undergraduate studies. In this role, I represented the association at various occasions and managed its resources. During my NYSC, I served as Corps Liaison Officer (CLO), handling documentation for new corps members and instructing community development services. I graduated with First Class Honours, finishing in the top 1% of my class. I'm passionate about green energy utilization in Africa.
