Pearl Ossai

I am Pearl Ossai, a dedicated professional with a BSc in Human Resource Management and an HND in Bilingual Secretaryship, also currently pursuing an MSc in Management and Human Resource Strategy. With hard work and dedication, I graduated as the best graduating student in Human Resource Management (BSc) at KNUST-IDL. I am passionate about leadership and service, having served in various impactful roles from class representative in Achimota School and KNUST-IDL HRM Class (2022-2024) to SRC President in Ghana Institute of Languages, and later as Women’s Commissioner for the National Union of Ghana Students (NUGS). Through each role, I have been recognized for my unwavering loyalty, work ethic, and deep commitment to excellence. A strong advocate for women empowerment, I believe that empowering women is key to societal progress. I am on a mission to inspire young women to believe in themselves, take up leadership, and make meaningful impact in their communities.
