Call for Campus Ambassadors: Join the Africa Future Leaders Movement

Africa’s future is being shaped on campuses today—and we are inviting passionate, driven, and visionary students to be part of that journey.
The Africa Future Leaders (AFL) initiative is officially opening applications for its Campus Ambassador Program, an opportunity for students across African universities and tertiary institutions to represent, grow, and co-create impact with the Top100 Africa Future Leaders network.
About the Campus Ambassador Program
The Campus Ambassador Program is designed to empower student leaders who are committed to personal growth, leadership development, and community impact. As a Campus Ambassador, you will serve as the official representative of Africa Future Leaders on your campus—driving awareness, engagement, and opportunities among students.
This program is more than a title. It is a leadership pipeline into a growing continental network of young Africans shaping the future of Africa across technology, education, entrepreneurship, policy, and social impact.
Who Should Apply?
We are looking for students who:
Are currently enrolled in a university, polytechnic, or college
Have strong communication and leadership skills
Are passionate about youth development and African progress
Are willing to organize, mobilize, and engage fellow students
Want to build visibility, credibility, and real leadership experience
No prior ambassador experience is required—just commitment, initiative, and a growth mindset.

Your Role as a Campus Ambassador
Campus Ambassadors will:
Promote Africa Future Leaders initiatives on their campuses
Engage students through events, outreach, and digital platforms
Act as a bridge between their campus and the AFL leadership team
Contribute ideas and feedback to improve youth-focused programs
