Top100 Africa Future Leaders Appoints Emmanuella Igboafu as Executive Director

Top100 Africa Future Leaders is pleased to announce the appointment of Emmanuella C. Igboafu as its Executive Director, effective February 1.
Emmanuella succeeds Nwosu Paul Chibuike, the Founder of Top100 Africa Future Leaders, who has transitioned to MVPLabX to focus on building technology platforms with global impact. An AI Engineer and product builder, Paul is dedicating his efforts to developing scalable digital solutions, including Edutu and other innovation-driven initiatives aimed at education, opportunity access, and youth empowerment.
In her new role, Emmanuella will oversee the day-to-day operations of Top100 Africa Future Leaders, strengthen internal structures, manage programs and partnerships, and drive the organization’s mission of identifying, celebrating, and empowering Africa’s future leaders.
This leadership transition marks an important milestone in the evolution of Top100 Africa Future Leaders. It reflects the organization’s commitment to sustainability, strong governance, and long-term impact across the continent.
