During my undergraduate studies, I served as the Course Representative for my Program . In this leadership role, I was responsible for bridging communication between students and academic staff, collecting feedback, presenting concerns, and advocating for my peers. This helped improve class coordination, reduced misunderstandings, and ensured students felt heard and represented. Through this, I developed strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Beyond my formal position, I was often sought out by younger colleagues ,colleagues who needed encouragement, clarity, or support during challenging times. I made it a priority to listen with empathy, offer practical counsel, and help them regain confidence. These moments of informal leadership allowed me to foster a more connected and supportive community, where students felt emotionally safe and academically motivated. Together, these experiences have shaped my leadership style—one that is collaborative, empathetic, and impact-driven. I believe these qualities align closely with the values of your program, and I am excited about the opportunity to grow further while contributing meaningfully to the community.
