Albert Olaniyi Baiyekusi is a First-Class Quantity Surveyor and a postgraduate researcher in Construction Engineering and Management at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM), Saudi Arabia. He is deeply committed to advancing sustainable, smart, and technology-driven construction systems that address contemporary environmental and infrastructural challenges.

His academic and research interests span construction management, green and smart buildings, sustainable construction, carbon emission reduction (net-zero), and the application of AI, machine learning, and data analytics in the built environment.

Beyond research, Albert has practical industry experience in quantity surveying, cost management, project monitoring, and BIM-based construction processes, gained through internships in Nigeria and Saudi Arabia. He is also an active member of several professional and sustainability-focused organizations, including the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and the Green Building Council Nigeria.

A passionate leader and mentor, Albert is the Founder of the Noble Scholars Foundation, a youth-driven platform dedicated to academic excellence, leadership development, and access to global opportunities for students and young professionals. Through research, leadership, and collaboration, he is dedicated to shaping a resilient, low-carbon, and intelligent built environment for future generations.
